Manage it through our partner courier service (label generated via the return portal). Available regions:

Spain – Iberian Peninsula: €4.90
Spain – Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: €8.90
European Union: €12
USA and rest of international countries: Between €15 and €22 depending on the region. The package must be dropped off at a FedEx office, or a home pickup can be arranged at no additional cost. Maximum deadline of 15 days to drop off the item.

Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Norway, Switzerland, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Colombia, China, and Indonesia.
