Important note: As of September 23, 2026, all exchanges and returns are processed exclusively through the Reveni portal. You can follow your return or exchange at any time — with no issues — using the tracking link sent to your email.

Manage it through our partner courier service (label generated via the return portal). Available regions:

• Spain – Iberian Peninsula: €4.90

• Spain – Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: €8.90

• European Union: €12

• USA and rest of international countries: Between €15 and €22 depending on the region. The package must be dropped off at a FedEx office, or a home pickup can be arranged at no additional cost. Maximum deadline of 15 days to drop off the item.

Ship it on your own:

• Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Norway, Switzerland, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Colombia, China, and Indonesia.
